Please make sure you read them as by agreeing to hire you are bound by them.

Things to know before you hire.

1. You can’t hire if you are under 18. We will need to see some i.d
2. Over 14’s can ride but ONLY under supervision of a responsible adult.
3. Passenger seats are NOT suitable for under 8’s
4. Everyone on the bike must wear a helmet.
5. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs when you ride.
6. You must take the lock with you on every trip and make sure the bike is secured by the front wheel if you leave it unattended.
7. You must give 3 days notice if you need to cancel in order to get a full refund. Less than 3 days and you will only get 50%.
8. The data we collect as part of the booking process is looked after under the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
